We have a strong track record for providing apprenticeships on a range of topics, including housing, social care, property maintenance trades and business administration. Our apprenticeships can be offered both as new vacancies to colleagues joining the business, and existing colleagues who want to develop their knowledge.

Access Training
Access Training is a work-based learning provider based in the East Midlands. They provide apprenticeships and other training programmes to learners of all ages (subject to funding eligibility).
We co-own Access Training along with Futures Housing Group. Through this relationship, we're able to support our customers, as well as the wider community, increase their skills and improve their success when they apply for employment opportunities.
Work experience
We're able to provide work experience opportunities for school pupils and college/university students, in areas ranging from technology and finance to social care and property maintenance.
