Apprenticeships
We believe that apprenticeships are a great way to develop home-grown talent. We provide a range of apprenticeships including multi-trades, plumbing and heating, joinery, plastering, painting and decorating and electrical.
We’re always looking for ways to give people the skills they need to get ahead. A partnership with Access Training to create Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship has meant we're giving people a way to earn while they learn!

We promote all apprenticeship opportunities here on our website, and you can also sign up for our weekly job alerts.
Careers in social care
We are always looking for people who want to develop their career in social care. At NCHA, you'll get access to an extensive training programme in health and social care and the opportunity to take a qualification relevant to your job. We have ongoing job vacancies which can provide you with a way to start your career and earn while you learn.
Nottingham Jobs Fund
We work with Nottingham City Council’s Nottingham Jobs Fund (NJF), which supports local people into employment by providing twelve months' work in real jobs with training opportunities.

We're an investor in Access Training, and they partner with us to help our customers, as well as the wider community, increase their skills and improve their success when they apply for employment opportunities.

We're able to provide work experience opportunities for school pupils and college/university students, in areas ranging from technology and finance to social care and property maintenance. We particularly welcome applications from the children of people who live in our properties. Please contact us if you'd like to talk to someone about work experience at NCHA.
