Trees, hedges and shrubs

NCHA carries out a regular survey of trees on its land. Where work needs doing to manage trees, we will either carry it out, or book an external company to carry out the work.

As part of your service charge, NCHA maintains hedges and shrubs around your property. This will sometimes include plants at the front of the property.

Trees, hedges and shrubs in your garden, if you have one, are your responsibility.
