The following things are not covered by service charges for NCHA's rented homes:

Replacement keys and fobs

If you need a replacement key or key fob, please contact us to order one. There will be a charge for the replacement.

Gardening

If your home comes with its own garden, it’s your responsibility to maintain it. 

Decorating

While we are responsible for external decoration and communal areas, decorating inside your home is your responsibility. Please check with us if you are considering making any home improvements – you may need written permission before work starts.

Garden fences

Garden fences are not covered by your service charge. If you have a question about your fence, or it's been damaged, please contact us.
