Lighting 

We manage and repair or replace external lights in communal spaces. If you’ve spotted that a bulb in an outdoor area needs replacing, please contact us. 

We also manage lights inside indoor communal areas. This includes emergency lights, which are tested on a regular basis.

View information on replacing kitchen and bathroom light bulbs - these are your responsibility. 

If you live in an NCHA service or care home and need help with light bulbs, please speak to your project manager.
