CCTV and aerials

Some NCHA locations are fitted with CCTV cameras. We use them to help tackle anti-social behaviour, vandalism, and other safety concerns. Where CCTV is fitted, service charges cover servicing and maintenance. 

If a site has a communal TV aerial, service charges will pay for its maintenance. If your home has its own TV aerial, it is your responsibility to look after it.
