Policy reviews

If you'd like to have a say in NCHA's housing policies, you can do so through our Virtual Policy Group. It all happens online: once you've joined the group, we'll email you every time a policy is due to be reviewed - or when we're planning to bring in a new policy.

• We'll send you our new or revised policy
• You'll have the opportunity to review it and make comments - to help, we'll highlight any changes in red
• We'll read through all the comments we receive and use them to make a final decision on what the policy should be. 

Our housing policies are usually reviewed every three years.
