What information do we collect and why do we collect it?

We collect information about you when you voluntarily make an enquiry, enter a competition, complete a photo consent form or survey, use our online services, sign up to marketing material or attend events.

This voluntarily-provided information could include contact details, personal information, details that will help us deal with your enquiry, photographs, film footage and quotes.

How do we collect this information?

All data will be collected from you personally when you contact us or we contact you for any of the reasons listed above. We may compile publicly available professional contact details for the purposes of corporate events, marketing and surveys.

How will we use this information?

We use this data to respond to your queries, pick competition winners, and to send marketing materials and event invitations. We will not use personal contact details for marketing purposes that have not been provided for this reason. Personal details may be used to ensure you continue to receive the best service possible and so we can monitor your needs.

Who will we share it with?

We only share personally-provided customer data with other members of staff at NCHA where relevant. We may share professional contact details with partner organisations, for example where we are hosting joint corporate events.

From time to time we would like to send you information about NCHA events and services that may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time by contacting us.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to view any information the organisation holds about you. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
