How we can help 

William Lyon Court provides temporary accommodation, along with an intensive housing management service where our tenants develop the skills they need to live independently. Tenants are supported to sustain their tenancy with us, so that they are then in a good position to sustain their own independent tenancy when they move on. 

All residents have a named keyworker who will develop support plans with them, and can help them access support from specialist agencies if they need it. 

Accommodation

We're located in Loughborough town centre. Our site has 13 one-bedroom flats, which are fully furnished. There are no communal areas. 

William Lyon Court is close to the Shires shopping centre, with easy access to supermarkets and local GP services.
