Living at Palmwood Court

It’s important to us that service users feel comfortable and have a safe place to call home.

Everyone at Palmwood Court is encouraged to have a say in how the care home is run, and to take part in group support sessions and meetings.

Equality, diversity and inclusion are important to us - we want everyone to feel welcome.

We host group activities and parties, put on our dancing shoes on for discos throughout the year and Father Christmas even comes to visit us in December.

How we can help

We provide long-term accommodation and support - this can be both in group sessions and on a one-to-one basis.

Residents will have a named support worker to help you develop a support plan and risk assessment around your needs.

We’ll help you to stay healthy, improve your wellbeing and develop life skills.

A nurse from our local GP surgery visits weekly to support you with any health concerns.
