How we can help
A scheme manager will be on site to provide support and help residents maintain an independent, fulfilled life. This might include accessing support services, or about getting involved in some activities and social groups.
We promote independence and will help residents to have a say in how the scheme is run, and how decisions are made.
Accommodation
Farnborough Court is purpose-built for independent living for people aged 55 years and over. There is 24/7 telephone support available through our Customer Wellbeing team.
Located off Farnborough Road in Clifton, we are close to local shops, amenities and transport links. We are also set within the grounds of a new mixed-use community, with plenty of open green space.
The three-storey building has 50 self-contained fully furnished one and two bedroom flats, which are completed to a high standard. Each has a wet room, a kitchen and a lounge/diner. The flats are suitable for single people or couples, and the building is accessible to people with disabilities.
In addition, we have six one-bedroom bungalows located next door to Farnborough Court.
There are communal gardens, as well as a communal lounge/meeting area with kitchen. There are communal laundry facilities, and a lift.
Meet the Scheme Manager
Hello, my name is Carly and I’m the Scheme Manager at Farnborough Court.
As Scheme Manager, my main priority will be the comfort and wellbeing of our residents. I’ll be welcoming people into their new home, helping them settle in, carrying out wellbeing checks, organising events and creating new links with the local community.
I bring 20 years of experience of working at NCHA - much of that in the Your Money Matters team – and I’ll be able to use this knowledge to support residents with financial issues, benefits and care needs.
