We can all feel stressed sometimes. Sometimes it can help us get things done, or get us out of danger. But too much stress is bad for our health. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope.

If you need some support with your mental health, try Togetherall. NCHA has partnered with Togetherall to give customers (aged 16 and over) access to a safe online space where people can ask questions and support each other with mental health concerns.

When we face a stressful situation, the emotions we experience can affect the way we respond. If we can see the stress coming, we can learn to:

  • cope better
  • think things through calmly and logically
  • take control of the situation.
