Anxiety
Anxiety can be experienced as worry, tension and fear about things that are about to happen, or which you think might happen in the future.
It’s common for people to experience anxiety at certain times in their life, but anxiety can become a mental health problem when symptoms become more frequent or stronger and when it impacts on your ability to live your life normally.
