Customer survey results 

We regularly ask our care and support customers to tell us about their experience of NCHA’s services. The results from our 2023/24 survey indicate:

  • 99% of our customers agreed that 'colleagues treat me well'
  • 100% thought that 'colleagues are friendly'
  • 99% of our customers are 'happy with the support provided'

We’re delighted with these results, especially because they reflect the continued dedication and hard work of our colleagues.
