Ratings and inspections
Our registered care services, such as care homes and enhanced support living, are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC regularly inspect the services we provide, and publish all their ratings and reports for NCHA on their website.
All actions identified during the CQC inspection of Wells Road have been completed, and monitoring by senior managers and NCHA's Care Committee is in place. The CQC is due to carry out a return inspection.
