Telephone support
It can be very reassuring to know that there's someone you can call on when you need them. Our Customer Wellbeing team, who are based in Nottingham, work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are friendly, kind and patient - and very knowledgeable. They go through an extensive training programme to ensure that they can support people with all sorts of concerns and issues.
Our services
We offer a bespoke plan for each customer. This could include calls to check how you're feeling today, or to remind you about medication and appointments. We can also remind you about locking up at night to keep your home safe, and to help you establish and uphold routines around mealtimes and bedtime.
No equipment is required to use these services - we simply use your existing mobile phone or landline.
