Unauthorised letters from Property Krowd

We’ve been made aware that a company called Property Krowd have been writing to council and housing association residents, including NCHA.

They’re asking you to scan a QR code and confirm your tenancy information in order to join a community and access updates on repairs and energy efficiency.

Please note that we are in no way affiliated with Property Krowd, and have not authorised them to collect any information from our residents.

If you receive a letter from Property Krowd, please let us know using our online form. It’s really important that you protect your data, so we’d advise you to exercise caution if you are approached by this company.
