System downtime for non-emergency repair calls

Repairs calls on 30-31 January and 3 February 2025

We’re launching phase one of a new repair system on Monday 3 February 2025 to improve the way we book appointments for customers.

Please note this means there’ll be some of our systems that aren’t working, and we’ll only be able to log emergency repairs on: Thursday 30 January, Friday 31 January and Monday 3 February 2025.

If you’re unsure if it’s an emergency, please refer to our Property Services service standards here.

If you’ve got a repair which isn’t an emergency, please wait and contact us from Tuesday 4 February onwards. We expect to be busy on Tuesday 4 February, so you may want to contact us another day if able.

All other NCHA systems, including housing support, will be running as usual during this time, so please do still contact us if you have a query.
