Get online peer support for mental health

We’ve partnered with Togetherall – a safe, online peer-to-peer mental health community.

Any NCHA customers (aged 16+) can access this online mental health forum to give and get support for a range of mental health concerns.

You can ask questions anonymously on the site and share wellbeing support and experiences with others. The site is monitored and moderated 24 hours a day by professional clinicians who can offer additional support where needed.

It can support your mental health by giving in-the-moment support and resources, creating a sense of belonging and connection through community when you need it most.
