Get cashback and vouchers on your shopping
All NCHA customers can now get cashback, vouchers and even free items through our partnership with Housing Perks, a free money saving app.
Housing Perks is designed to help combat the cost of living crisis by offering you discounts on shopping at all major supermarkets and over 100 national retailers.
According to Housing Perks’ data, the typical savings on household essentials are around £6-£12 per week, with the bulk of these savings being on everyday essentials such as food and toiletries. Discounts usually range between 4% and 18%, depending on the retailer.
How to sign up
- Download the Housing Perks app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Enter ‘Nottingham Community Housing Association’ as your social landlord
- You’ll then need to verify your tenancy by entering your tenancy reference number
- You’re all set to start saving!

Please be mindful that Housing Perks is a third party service – meaning it’s not managed or delivered by NCHA.
It’s really important that you read all of the terms and conditions carefully before signing up to any third party service, as NCHA is not responsible for the agreement you enter into with them.
By signing up to Housing Perks, please be aware you’ll be sharing your data with the organisation directly. Any issues that arise must be resolved with Housing Perks.
