We’re officially a Great Place To Work®!
We’re delighted to announce that NCHA has been officially certified as a Great Place To Work® for 2023/24.
We worked with the global authority on workplace culture to survey all of our colleagues, and thanks to the positivity of their responses we can now call ourselves Great Places To Work-certified™.
NCHA conducts a full colleague survey every two years, and the results are incredibly important to us in shaping what we do to support our colleagues. This year is the first time we’ve used the Trust Index™ employee survey and we’re pleased with the outcome.

We’ve worked hard in recent years to put many initiatives in place to support our colleagues, so it’s nice that this has been recognised. Whilst the certification is great news for us, we’re never complacent, and we’ll be doing a thorough analysis of the results to see where we can make further improvements.”
