We’re #41: UK’s Best Workplace

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been recognised as one of 2025’s UK’s Best Workplaces™ by Great Place To Work®.

Great Place To Work® are a global organisation who recognise employers that have created an outstanding workplace for their employees. Each year they publish the UK’s Best Workplaces™ list, where the very best organisations are ranked, based on colleague feedback and an evidence-based survey.

Our position on this prestigious list is driven by our colleagues’ responses to our annual employee engagement survey, measuring how everyone across NCHA feels about our working culture. 

We first received Great Place To Work® accreditation in 2023, and again in 2024, after 77% of colleagues agreed that NCHA is ‘a great place to work’. This new achievement sees us enter the UK’s Best Workplaces™ list for the first time.
