Our new Assistant Director for Care and Support

Meet Colette O’Neill, soon to be our new Assistant Director for Care and Support.

Colette brings with her more than 20 years’ experience.

She explains: “I’ve been at NCHA for almost 21 years, as a Care and Support Project Manager and Contracts Manager. I’ve had roles in housing and, most recently, I’ve led our business development team. I understand how all these parts fit together to deliver excellent services for our customers, and it’s this wealth of knowledge I’ll bring to my new role.”

Colette’s appointment follows an interview with peers and care and support customers. The panel were impressed by her vision, compassion and understanding of the people we serve.

Holly Dagnall, Director of Homes and Wellbeing, led the interview panel. She comments: “It’s been fantastic to witness Colette’s development and progression over the years.

"Her experience places her in an excellent position to address current sector challenges and any emerging future risks. We look forward to welcoming her to our Senior Leadership Team in the coming weeks.”
