Making an impact: Our ESG report
Our Environmental, Social and Governance report 2023/23 (ESG) is something that we put together each year. It details how we’re meeting our obligations, but it also tells a much bigger story.
Our report demonstrates the impact our services make to the lives of the people living in our homes and receiving services from us. That’s why we’ve called this year’s report ‘Making an Impact’.
Demonstrating impact
The report brings together our environmental, social and governance highlights, along with the impact we make to our places, our customers, our people, and our business. It evidences how we’re delivering our ambitions, set out in our five-year Corporate Plan and the six strategies that sit alongside it.
Using results from our social value report, new customer survey and care and support impact survey we can show that our work in 2023/24 delivered £5,790,315 in social value contributions.
We’re thrilled to be able to report on the very real difference our work makes to the lives of thousands of people across the East Midlands every day.
