This accolade reflects our dedication to maintaining high standards of collaboration; cementing our reputation as a customer-focused housing association that gives residents a meaningful voice in shaping the services they receive.
Tonia Punter-Ojong, tpas Consultancy Manager joined NCHA colleagues and customers to present them with their prestigious award: “I’m pleased to award this accreditation in recognition of NCHA’s outstanding achievements. Creating new opportunities for customers
Over the years, NCHA have developed a range of initiatives and opportunities for customers to engage, contribute and influence decisions that impact them. With a renewed focus following the tpas accreditation, new opportunities will open to include more customers.

Listening to our customers
Back in July 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing gave us top marks for our services, including for the brand new ‘consumer standard’.
It’s evidence of the way we include customers in our decisions and service, and our customer engagement offer forms a really big part of that.
