About us
Blue Skies Consortium was formed in 2006 by a collection of like-minded housing associations working together to achieve excellence. The Longhurst Group and NCHA are the lead members.
We recognise the difficulty of delivering technically demanding schemes, and make it our mission to deliver homes on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Our technical knowledge and extensive project management experience supports schemes from feasibility assessment through to completion.
Blue Skies Consortium is well regarded by Homes England and attracts considerable levels of grant through various funding schemes. We are fully compliant with all EU funding regulations and produce a consultants framework. This framework is available to all consortium members and results in significant cost savings as it negates the need to complete a tendering process.
