For Natisha, the transition of moving into a new home has been a breath of fresh air. With a spacious three-bedroom house and a garden to enjoy, she finally has a place to call home on our new development in Alfreton.

“We were living with my mum in her guest room and I was struggling with depression. I had to move away from where I was living in Heanor, but I am happy to start fresh in my new three-bedroom house. Despite the stress of setting up utilities and uncertainties about monthly bills, she remains hopeful about the energy-efficient house keeping costs low. 

“Despite minor challenges with moving home, having friends over for BBQs and exploring the local area with my kids has made the move a positive experience. I am excited to meet my new neighbours and building a happy life in this new community.”
