We’ll be closed from 25-29 October 2024

On Monday 4 November 2024, we’ll be moving into our new office in Clifton, Nottinghamshire.

The opening of our new site marks an exciting milestone in NCHA’s journey, and we’ve written to all our customers with our new head office address.

As part of this move, please note we’ll be closed from Friday 25 October from 4pm to (and including) Tuesday 29 October 2024 as we need to move all our technology systems across to NCHA’s new home.

We’ve timed this system downtime over a weekend to minimise disruption to customers. It does mean we ask you not to call us on Monday 28 October or Tuesday 29 October 2024 unless it’s an emergency as we still won’t have access to our usual systems on those days.

Our Customer Experience team will still be taking calls for emergency repairs queries only during the downtime period for any customers who need more immediate support on: 0800 013 8555

Please note that all online forms and My NCHA will also be offline for the duration of this downtime.

We’ll reopen as usual from Wednesday 30 October 2024.

Please be assured any repairs that have already been booked in will still go ahead as planned. Our Work Planners are working hard to get as much in hand as possible ahead of time to reduce any impact this downtime may have on you.

Keeping your data and information safe is a key priority during our office move, and so we really value your patience and support while we make sure we do everything right.
