Tell us your views on our communal services

We want to create healthy environments and great outdoor community spaces.

To help us do that, we work with various companies to maintain your neighbourhood.

They look after things like:

  • Window cleaning
  • Communal gardening
  • Communal area cleaning
  • Litter picking and managing communal bin stores.

We collectively call these 'communal services' and we'd love to know what you think about them.

We'd love to hear your thoughts on the communal services provided over the last year.

If you are a customer who receives any of the above services, please complete our short surveys to share your views.

We’re issuing two mini surveys, one about cleaning and window cleaning which is just two questions, and one about grounds maintenance and bin stores, which is three questions. You will receive the survey, or surveys that apply to the services you receive, but there will be no more than five questions in total.

You will get the survey(s) via either text or email within the next 24 hours. You will be able to identify the survey is from us as it will refer to you being a “community voice” in the introduction.

The deadline for responses is 2 August 2024.

Any information provided is confidential and anonymous, unless you tell us that you want us to follow up on your feedback. The information will be stored only for the purpose of improving our communal services.
