We’re a Disability Confident employer

We’ve recently re-submitted our Disability Confident assessment and renewed our level two accreditation.

Disability Confident is a government scheme to support employers to be more inclusive. It has three levels, and employers can progress through the levels by taking concrete steps to improve disability inclusion. 

At NCHA we are proud to be an inclusive employer, and we believe our differences make us stronger together; in fact, 77% of our colleagues have told us that we’re a Great Place To Work™.

As a certified Disability Confident employer, we:

• Have successfully completed the Disability Confident self-assessment
• Are taking all of the core actions to be a Disability Confident employer
• Are offering initiatives to get the right people for our business, and to keep and develop our people.

One of the priorities in our ED&I Strategy is to nurture a culture in which diversity is recognised, valued and celebrated, and where everybody can be their authentic self. This includes our commitment to progressing our disability inclusion journey.
