The Better Social Housing Review

At NCHA we welcome the publication of the Better Social Housing Review, and fully support its seven recommendations.
The report, by an independent panel of experts, acknowledges that: “when social housing works best, it creates good quality, safe and secure homes for individuals and families to thrive in.”
Commissioned by the National Housing Federation and the Chartered Institute of Housing, the report concludes six months of research and makes clear recommendations for the quality of homes, customer involvement and conjoined working.
We’re committed to working closely with the National Housing Federation, our contractors and the wider sector to deliver on these recommendations, whilst ensuring we keep customers at the front and centre of everything we do.
