Meet William

I’m William, and I am a Joiner Multi Trade operative in NCHA’s Property Services team.

“I’ve been at NCHA since 2019, when I started I was an Apprentice Joiner and studied for two years and now have a Level 2 qualification in Joinery.”

“I wanted to get into Joinery and when I saw the opportunity with NCHA I knew I wanted to apply and was really excited for where this would take me.”

 “I repair and refresh our relets properties getting them ready for a new tenant. This can involve plaster patching, new flooring, new doors, or fitting a new kitchen or bathroom, which is why I can classed as a multi-trade”

“It’s the greatest feeling when you’ve completed a job and you see the final result, it’s very satisfying knowing I’ve created a space where someone can move in and call home.”
