Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards
At NCHA, we’re committed to developing homes and communities for people to thrive in.
So we’re delighted to have our achievements recognised by the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards.
We’ve been shortlisted in two categories:
- Social Housing Award
- House Builder of the Year
The submission focussed on three key projects over the last year:
- Earls Court: 23 supported-living one-bed flats in Carlton, Nottingham
- Walesby: 19 new homes on a rural exception site
- Retrofit wave one: Energy upgrades to 60 homes in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire
Collectively these schemes paint a picture of the scope and breadth of the work we deliver and demonstrate our commitment:
- To build 370 new affordable homes each year for the next five years
- To bring all existing homes up to energy rating EPC C (or above) by 2030.
The award reception will be held in early June.
