Congratulations to Charlotte Henderson, shortlisted in the ‘Professional of the Year’ category for the Women in Housing Awards.

The award seeks to recognise housing colleagues who have delivered an outstanding contribution to the sector, and ‘live and breathe’ housing.

And we can certainly say that about Charlotte.

One of NCHA’s longest standing colleagues, Charlotte has been with us for nearly 28 years. Her time working across many departments has given her essential knowledge and experience to support customers.

Transforming Your Money Matters

Charlotte has been manager of our Your Money Matters team since July 2022, heading up both our rental income collection and welfare reform teams.

She’s dedicated to helping customers in need and makes sure everyone can access financial and benefit support and advice. Thanks to this approach, the team are helping to keep more customers in their homes than ever before.

Charlotte really is a truly dedicated, unsung hero at NCHA – She deserves this moment in the spotlight.
